Jacqueline Ward
CEO, Davis International
Over the years and with the international expansion of the organization, Jacqueline’s role evolved, fostering sustainable business relationships and providing crucial management support, culminating in her appointment as Managing Director in January 2019, following the Davis’ retirement announcement. After four years of dedicated leadership, Jacqueline, supported by the Executive Team, is leading Davis International into an exciting new era as its Chief Executive Officer.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jacqueline is deeply committed to advocacy and awareness within the neurodiverse community. As a Founding Director of the Ron Davis Autism Foundation and Chief Financial Officer of the associated non-profit organization, she tirelessly champions the cause.
Throughout her time with Davis, Jacqueline and her husband have navigated the challenges and stigmas surrounding special needs, autism, and neurodiversity, raising three young men who inspire them daily. Their family’s story is one of resilience, advocacy, and acceptance—a journey intertwined with the profound impact of the Davis family, whose legacy continues to shape their lives in ways Jacqueline never imagined possible.
Melanie Curry

Her tenure in the classroom revealed the shortcomings of conventional teaching methods for neurodivergent individuals, motivating her quest for an approach that harnesses the unique thinking styles of this community to unlock their full potential.
Melanie has been a long-time advocate for the transformative Davis programs, guiding people of all ages to discover and harness their inherent gifts and capabilities.
As a vital member of Davis International’s Executive Team, she is committed to leveraging her passion and expertise to forge a brighter future for neurodivergent individuals worldwide through the innovative Davis methods.
Dolores Gage

Her academic credentials include a degree from Cambridge University, an Executive M.B.A. from IE Business School, and an M.Ed. in International Education & Bilingualism from UCJC.
Driven by a deep commitment to supporting individuals with unique learning styles, Dolores is passionate about nurturing their self-esteem and facilitating their personal growth. As a Davis Facilitator based in Madrid, Spain, she has witnessed firsthand the profound impact of Davis methods on both her children and her clients. Dolores firmly believes in the power of Davis methods to revolutionize learning and lives and is eager to use her expertise to raise awareness of these transformational methods.
Dolores is also a ceramic artist, a keen photographer and seasoned traveler. When she’s not helping individuals unlock their talents through the Davis methods, she can be found teaching pottery, nurturing her students’ creativity, and embarking on adventures in a campervan with her family.
Karen LoGiudice

Establishing her Davis practice in New England in 2006, Karen’s mission to elevate Davis to a household name became her driving force. Leveraging her marketing expertise, she founded Mind’s Eye Marketing, a company aimed at supporting other facilitators in expanding their practices. Karen’s dedication to fostering community and providing facilitator business coaching has remained steadfast throughout her journey.
Now, Karen is thrilled to further her commitment to supporting fellow facilitators in an official capacity through her role in the Davis International Executive Team. Her passion for empowering others and spreading the impact of the Davis Methods continues to guide her endeavors.
Larry Smith

Larry is also a trainer and presenter for Davis in learning, executive functioning, and autism programs.
Beyond his professional commitments, Larry enjoys fishing, tinkering on the farm, and travelling with his wife of thirty years and their family. His unwavering commitment to education and passion for empowering others have left an indelible mark on the lives of countless students. Larry’s multifaceted interests and dedication to personal and professional growth exemplify his zest for life.
Stacey Smith

Licensed by Davis International, she provides specialized training in learning, autism, and Davis Learning Strategies for schools, helping neurodiverse individuals capitalize on their strengths and learning styles.
Outside of her work, Stacey enjoys quality time creating memories with family, gardening, beekeeping, and travelling. She also volunteers with seniors and children in the community, spreading joy and making a positive impact. Stacey’s unwavering dedication to empowering others through education, her commitment to neurodiversity, and her compassionate nature make her a true inspiration in her field and community.
Richard Whitehead

His passion for sharing knowledge is evident in his authorship of two books. “Why Tyrannosaurus But Not If?” offers valuable insights into the Davis approach for educators and inquisitive parents, while “Counting On Fingers” highlights Richard’s enthusiasm for the Davis Mastery for Math Program.
With a rich background in secondary education and accreditation as a diagnostic assessor for dyslexia, Richard is recognized as an accomplished educator. His contributions extend beyond the classroom, as evidenced by his popular webinars on specialist subjects such as ‘Dyslexia: Exam Success for Picture Thinkers’, ‘Math for Picture-Thinking Dyslexics’, and ‘Fear Mechanisms in Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia — and How to Help’, as well as his regular appearances as a guest speaker at the Dyslexia Show in Birmingham, UK.
